Prevention is always better than a cure, and the risk of many injuries can be significantly reduced with the appropriate conditioning, training program, load monitoring, and flexibility. Recent research has shown significant decreases in injury with specific rehabilitation programs.

 

A musculoskeletal screening helps to identify intrinsic risk factors for injury. Appropriate preventative strategies are then put in place to address any deficits or imbalances, thus reducing the risk for injury.  The screening session takes about 60min after which recommendations and appropriate rehabilitation programs are given at the end of the session to address any deficits or imbalances.
