NEW CLIENTS
In preparation for your first consultation, please complete your details in the below link prior to your initial session. This allows me to add your patient file in advance and ensure that you have a great interaction with me.
Please note that we are legally unable to start treatment without the relevant consent being obtained and the below intake form being completed. If this is not received at least 1 hour prior to your initial appointment your appointment will be cancelled.

I am based at 7 Constantia Road, Wynberg. Parking is available next to the premises or on street in Sevenoaks Road. Please do not obstruct any parking areas. Should the gate not open on your arrival, please call me directly at 081 787 1851.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly note that I reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations on the day of appointments, or for appointments not attended without notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, without notice, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the above will apply.
